b) Counselling Skills Course (Level 2) – This is a Counselling Skills course where individuals are taught the fundamental skills that will facilitate the Counselling process. It is suitable for individuals whose roles necessitate effective communication without barriers e.g.
Churches/Charities – Ministers, Counsellors (working under the supervision of a ful-ly qualified Counsellor because this course does not include Counselling theory)
Corporate – HR Managers, Managers, Team Leads
Duration: 90 Hours (spread over 6-hour days – 15 sessions)

c) Diploma in Counselling (Level 3) – This is a diploma course that covers the necessary Counselling theory. It is suitable for individuals that would like to set up their own independent counselling services.
Please note that the Level 2 (Skills) course is a pre-requisite to this course.
Duration: 90 Hours (spread over 6-hour days – 15 sessions)

d) The “I AM” Course – This is a Personal Development series (very intimate groups) where we explore issues like self-concept, self-belief, self-esteem, confidence, resilience and being assertive.

e) (Not so) Blissful Sleep – Many people struggle with issues like weight management, mind fuzziness, forgetting things, unexplainable fatigue. After excluding medical conditions, inadequate sleep could be a contributing factor to this and could be predisposing them to issues like dementia. This workshop provides information on the importance of good sleep and includes tips on improving sleep. Includes a 15-minute follow-on personal consultation.
Duration: 2 Hour workshop

f) Wholeness in Christ – These are intensive workshops that are suitable for individuals that would like to delve deeper into the reality of emotional wholeness in Christ.

These workshops cover the following:
· Embracing Deep EMOTIONAL HEALING (follow-on personal consultations available)
· Managing STRESS
· Finding a place of PEACE
· Dealing with REJECTION
· Breaking free from SHAME (one of the biggest lies of the enemy)
· Dealing with FEAR
· The Many Manifestations of TRAUMA

These can be tailored into packages (by request or need) for organisations
